Dental SEO Results, Tracked to the Chair

We don't report on traffic and call it a win. Here's a transparent look at a real dental SEO audit, the diagnosis, and how we measure results, using real Search Console data.

How we measure: every lead is tracked from first click to a booked, shown-up patient and the production it created, reported in patients and dollars by source. Rankings and traffic are means, not the scorecard.

Flagship Case Study

We took our own medicine: rebuilding primedentalseo.com

The most honest case study we can show is our own. We ran our full dental SEO audit on this very site, primedentalseo.com, and documented exactly what we found in Google Search Console over a three-month window. Here's the real starting point:

14,164Impressions / 3 mo
~55Avg. position
9Clicks (0.06% CTR)
50Indexed pages

The problem, stated plainly

Google clearly saw the site: 14,164 impressions in three months is real visibility. But an average position around 55 (pages five to six) and only 9 clicks meant almost none of those impressions turned into visits. The pages with the most demand were stranded just out of reach:

/local-dental-seo/

/dental-seo-houston/
2,251 impr · #79
/complete-guide-dental-seo-2026/

/service-areas/

The diagnosis: an authority problem, not a speed problem

It would be easy to blame the website. But the audit showed the opposite: the site scored 96/100 on mobile speed, and every page already had a unique title, meta description, and a single keyword-aligned H1. On-page and technical SEO were not the bottleneck.

The real leverA site stuck at position 55 with clean on-page SEO has a prominence problem: not enough authority, citations, reviews, and topical depth, plus duplicate, thin pages diluting equity. That's a trust-and-time fix, not a redesign.

What the rebuild changes

  • Consolidate duplicate and thin pages into stronger ones, with clean 301s so no equity is lost.
  • Add full schema (Organization, Dentist, Service, FAQ, Review) and answer-first content for AI search.
  • Deepen the highest-demand pages (local dental SEO, Houston, the complete guide) into genuinely useful resources.
  • Layer the off-page authority program that actually moves rankings: reviews, citations, and local links.
TransparencyThis rebuild is live work. Rather than claim results we haven't earned yet, we're documenting the baseline now and will publish the before/after as the relaunch takes effect. That's the standard we hold every case study to.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do you measure dental SEO results?
We track every lead from first click to a booked, shown-up patient and the production it created, not just rankings or traffic. Reporting is in patients and dollars by source, so you can see exactly what the work returned.
Why is your flagship case study about your own website?
Because it's the data we can show transparently and in full. We applied our own process to primedentalseo.com, documented the real Search Console baseline, and are tracking the rebuild publicly. Client case studies with named results are added only with verified data and the client's permission.
How long before a practice sees case-study-level results?
Local and map gains often appear in 60 to 90 days, with meaningful new-patient growth by months three to six as authority and reviews compound. Competitive metros take longer than quiet suburbs.
